DEMOLISHING THE TIRE SHOP - Page Two

It became a grocery store, V & G Economy, owned by Julius G. Vanthuyne and Wilbur Gibbs.

The store closed in 1966, to be reopened the following year as Dennis' Sales & Service T.B.A. (Tires, Batteries & Accessories).

This business was dissolved in 1969, then reopened as Simpson Motors, a Massey Ferguson dealership.

A 1972 photo in the history book shows a sign reading MASSEY FERGUSON.

This dealership was given up in the early 1980's.

For the last number of years the building was used for storage.
